In August 1992, Hongda electronic Co., Ltd. (the precursor of Fengda company) was formally established , manufacture to produce  electronic components and stamping.

Between 1997-2002 the company produced the car seat components and skeletons of seat ,completed a set to Jinbei manufacturers,Shenyang, etc.

In April 2003,the company developed environmental protection noisedamping、heat insulation mat, large and medium-sized stamping products, to become a member of the Toyota, simultaneously the products also completed a set to the First Automobile Factory of China,Changchun, Nac-MG, Faw Mazda automobile manufacturers, etc.

In August 2003, the company renamed Shandong Fengda Automobile Interior Decoration  Co., Ltd   officially.

In 2004,the company passed ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and now it ison the ISO/TS16494 prophase work.

In 2006, the company extended and ingoing settle in new factory.

In March 2007, the company developed the Huatai SUV door panel assenbly and the skeleton of seat products with Wuhan WanXing company,and in May this year,delivered the goods formal until now.

In July 2008 developed the trunk assembly of the new Crown,faw Toyota.

In October 2008,the company developed the B11 floor carpet assembly.
